For public security applications, SomerData offers a range of specialist miniature digital video and audio recorders for government agencies and security system integrators.
Extremely small professional audio recorders provide long recording times and capacious battery life. They are designed for use in covert scenarios where size, recording time and ease of use are paramount. The recorders do not transmit anything and use solid state memory making them very difficult to detect.
Recorders are used for intelligence gathering during long term mobile operations, as well as shorter term body-worn operations lasting a few hours.
Their miniature size, flexibility and huge storage capacities make them extremely attractive for specialist surveillance operations. This is borne out by our client base, including military, public security, police and other law enforcement agencies, both internationally and in the UK.
